OK, so this is the first step to your dream of studying in UK. I know it sounds frustrating if you have no experience of applying visa by yourself.
But hey, internet is there to help you. You don't need anyone's help at all!
Below are a few links to get you started on researching about how to apply.
Basically you need to create an account and fill up an online form at https://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/account/register
Once you have created the account, you can start making applications for yourself and for all the others (i.e your familly or friends) . Mind you, the application for each person is so long and you might need to start filling it in early on. It gets so exhausting and boring if you try to complete all the sections in overnight. So start looking at it!
Make sure to select correct visa type:
Under the tab "View my applications", you can see all the applications which you have created and the steps which you need to complete.
The green tab indicates that you have filled all the required forms in a section.
Don't forget to save every time you finish a section to avoid wasting time filling the same information again.
After filling the form, you might have to pay online for National Health Service fees if you are applying for an undergraduate or postgraduate education.
Then you have to book for your visa appointment. One thing to take note is that the visa appointments can be very packed at travelling seasons or when the students are applying visa (i.e around August and September) so make sure you have plenty of time to make time for the visa appointment and processing time before your planned travel date.
Make sure that if you are applying for the student visa at least two months prior to travel plan as the UK visa process takes around two to three weeks at maximum. Other details such as six month visit visas or any other types can be found in the links above.
We have made a timeline below to keep track of your visa application progress.
